Kimberly is a 2005 Alumna of the University of Minnesota. She has been trusted Occupational Therapist to Orthopedic Surgeon, Primary Care, and Rehabilitation teams, long term Community Health volunteer, and clinical educator of peer therapists, physicians, nurses, and athletic trainers. She has served as a University level course facilitator of Evidence Based Practice and Problem Based Learning course curricula, as well as Founding co-chair of the Health Equity SIG for the MN State Association of Occupational Therapists. She is a 2021 Minnesota LEND alumna, 2018-2020 Ramsey County member of Racial Equity Action Team (REAT), and Stonybrook University graduate student in Human Resource Management.

- Adult Learning instructional methods in Patient Health Education of 17k participants for clincal health, health promotion, and occupational health outcomes.
